Happy Mother’s Day to all you beautiful ladies out there.

For me we did it a little different this year. I spent time with my sisters and my daughter at the day spa. A few days before.
My daughter was 40 weeks pregnant at the time & her due date was set for the 8th of May, so being unsure of his arrival, had a hang out day a bit earlier.

Then Saturday morning 6.43am on the 9th of May. Our moko arrived. ❤️… Such a blessing 🍼👶🏽💙.

It’s been a great start for Cee’s Mirimiri so far and looking forward to an even better year! 🤞🏽😅...

If you’re not feeling yourself, sore, achy or drained that’s your body telling you something is not right! ( and NOT, she’ll be right lol…)

Some of us need to make a conscious effort to take care of ourselves this year. (Well every year). To keep on top of our body needs.

This is so you can continue tackling your work life, family life and everyday life.

Massage is to often overlooked, which is a shame because it actually does wonders.
