This time last year I was standing in awe watching the sun rise over Uluru 🌅

Today, as we move through the Lions Gate portal, I find myself reflecting on that powerful morning and the profound experience I had there - one that changed the way I see spirit, connection, and the unseen ✨

Some believe Lions Gate is a time when our connection to ancestors and the spirit world feels especially close. Whether symbolic, energetic, or spiritual, I love how cultures around the world honour sacred places and moments of connection 💛

Forever grateful for the beauty and energy of Uluru, and for a moment that will stay with me always ❤️🌅

Anger has the same effect on us 🔥

In heated moments, perception narrows, emotions intensify, and it becomes difficult to see situations clearly or respond in alignment with what we truly feel or value.

This is why pausing is powerful ✨

When you give yourself space before reacting, you’re not suppressing emotion, you’re allowing it to settle so you can respond from clarity rather than reactivity.

The truth doesn’t disappear in conflict. It simply becomes easier to access once the internal storm has passed.

Breathe. Wait. Then respond 🙏
