Why diagnosis in hair loss and scalp disorders is so important!
I believe it is a RED FLAG if the person you are seeking treatment from has not given you a diagnosis of the type of hair loss/scalp disorder you have or has not advised you to seek one before treating your health with the primary focus of helping your hair concerns.

It’s not US vs THEM, It’s WE together!

No one doctor or medical specialist can specialise in all aspects of the human body and available treatments- it’s impossible!

In my opinion having a great team of professionals is imperative to good treatment outcomes for most patients and especially those with complex histories.

Let’s normalise professionals collaborating!

This doesn’t always naturally happen, but patients- I suggest you advocated for communication between your medical professions. Patients you are in the drivers seat!

When everyone is on the same page, bringing their unique perspectives, patients thrive, feel seen, and heard 🌞
