CLASSROOM TO CLINIC WORKSHOP: LOWER BACK - FRIDAY 4 SEPTEMBER

A little workshop update…

With only two weeks to go registrations are low for my Lower Back Workshop on Friday, 4 September, and I’ll need to make a decision on the workshop very soon.

I’d really love to run this one, but I need a few more therapists/students to come along to make it viable. If you’ve been thinking about joining me, now is the time to book!

If I don’t receive any further registrations shortly, unfortunately I will have to cancel the workshop.

🚶‍♀️ WHO’S UP FOR A BLOODY LONG WALK?! 🚶‍♂️😂

Evening everyone!

I’ve been thinking about joining the Bloody Long Walk this year to help raise funds and awareness for Mitochondrial Disease, and I thought… why not turn it into a great opportunity for our Adelaide Massage Connection community to get together too?

The Bloody Long Walk Adelaide is happening on Sunday, 18 October 2026, and I’d love to put together a team under Adelaide Massage Connection.

It could be a great opportunity to:

✨ Get together and catch up
😂 Have a bloody long chat
🚶‍♀️ Get our steps in
❤️ Support an important cause
🤝 Give back to the community
🥳 And have a bit of fun along the way!

Registrations are currently $109 per person, but the price will be increasing by an additional $45 soon, so if you're keen, now is the time to jump on board!

We held our latest Hot Stone Workshop last Friday, 22nd May, and another wonderful group of therapists has now joined the Hot Stone Connection, learning the secret to seamlessly integrating hot stones into their treatments.

What an amazing group to work with! There were plenty of laughs, lots of learning, and so much fun along the way.

What a fabulous weekend in Adelaide with the incredible Paula Nutting!

Participants were blown away with jaw-dropping results as Paula shared her neurolymphatic work and myofascial meridian approach—so many “wow” moments across the two days.

A huge thank you to the wonderful group of therapists who joined us and made the weekend such a fun, supportive, and educational experience. And thank you, Paula, for trusting me in your classroom, for your ongoing support, and of course… the afternoon cocktails!

When Massage Doesn't Stick - Practical Myofascial Release for Results That Hold

Sophia is back with 2 new workshops designed for practitioners who want their work to last without working deeper or harder.

The first workshop focuses on myofascial release for feet, lower leg & thigh and the second workshop hips, lower back & legs.
