I hope you are all doing well, in shaa Allah.

Alhamdulillah, Adelaide Hijamah & Wellbeing will be offering Hijamah (wet cupping) sessions for men at two Masajid this month:

📍 Masjid Abu Bakr (Wandana)
🗓 Sunday 7/12
🕘 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

📍 Masjid Omar ibn Al-Khattab (Marion)
🗓 Wednesday 10/12
🕘 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Session Details:
• Duration: 35–40 minutes
• Cost: $80
• *Men only* for Hijamah sessions

🎤 Short Talk/workshop *(open to brothers and sisters)*:

*“Does Hijamah Benefit Me?”*
🕣 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM
🎟 $20 — FREE for those who book a Hijamah session.

Bring your health concerns for a Q&A after the talk.
(Private one-to-one consultations can also be booked if you prefer discussing in confidence.)

*Alhamdulillah, 50% of all profits from the Hijamah sessions and the talk will be donated to support our brothers and sisters in Sudan and Gaza.*
