Using a combination of targeted remedial techniques, firm massage, trigger point therapy, stretching and myofascial cupping where appropriate, I focus on areas of muscular tension, tightness and discomfort to help reduce pain, improve movement and support recovery.

Whether you’re experiencing ongoing neck and shoulder tension, headaches, back or hip discomfort, tight legs, sports-related soreness or simply feeling the effects of everyday physical stress, your treatment is adapted to address your individual concerns.
