Good morning!

Hope everyone had a lovely week so far.

I’m in a new room (17) in the same building.

Please ring 17 # at front door and take a seat in reception area where I will collect you.

Lately I had a few patients who cancel on last minute or don’t turn up without any notice.

Cancellations
Appointments may be cancelled over the phone (leave a message)or online on the email provided for the booking.

Cancel appointment at least 24 hours in advance. If you need to make a cancellation after this time period has passed, please call the clinic and leave a message.

Cancelling without 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee of the full price of the consultation. This is in consideration of other patients who may be in pain and waiting for an appointment.
