Our next term of mums group kicks off on October 19, and we can't believe this also marks 3 years of bringing mums together, creating the village and ensuring mums aren't out there doing it alone. It is such and honour to hold these spaces for mums and if you are new to parenthood or new to parenthood again we would love to have you come along.

Nobody tells you how hard this part is going to be.

The advice is everywhere. Everyone has an opinion, and most of it contradicts itself. So how are you supposed to know what's actually right for your baby?

This group session is here to help you make sense of it all — what's really going on with your baby's sleep, what's normal, and what small shifts might help your whole household rest a little easier.

This is not sleep training. We will never recommend leaving your baby to cry, or pushing a path that doesn't suit your family.

What we will do is sit together, talk through what's really going on, and make sure you walk away with real information and practical tools you can actually use.

Two hours. A room full of mums who get it. No judgement — just honest support and a bit of breathing room.

Babies and children are always welcome.
Because you deserve support, not just a list of rules. 💛

Our 6 Week Mums Group is a supportive space for new mums to connect, learn and feel held in the early months of motherhood.

Over six weeks we’ll cover sleep, feeding, mental health and more with guest professionals, plus time to chat, share and build real friendships.

What’s included:
• Weekly sessions with guest speakers
• 1:1 consult with a lactation or sleep consultant
• 3 studio classes (yoga, pilates or Kangatraining)
