Following the announcement that Kustomize Your Support has been recognised through the Enablement Awards 2026, I want to take a moment to recognise the people who make this organisation what it is — our amazing staff. 👏

While the award recognises me as The Most Outstanding Leader in Customised Support in Australia, I truly believe an award like this is a reflection of the entire Kustomize Your Support team.

I could not do what I do without every single one of you.

Over the past four years, we have supported people through some incredibly challenging times. There have been difficult days, difficult situations, changes, growth and plenty of moments where we have had to come together and find a way forward.

And through it all, our staff continue to show up, care, advocate, listen and support our clients to live their lives with choice, control, dignity and independence. ❤️
