Arrrrr me hearties! New 18-minute Ocean Adventure Kids Yoga episode on my YouTube channel. Link in comments.

This one took me ages to edit, but at last I have set it free like a wild seagull. Written by myself and recorded in one take with a splash of improvisation 😅.

Full of sea creatures, pirates and mermaids. At the end, enjoy a 3-min body scan rhyme to wind down.

Watch in the living room or class room for a movement / relaxation break.

Designed for 2-8 year olds, but the whole family can join in.

Save this video for your little ones when you need a calm reset. I wrote this body scan rhyme to help children build body awareness and rest every body part in 3 minutes. A simple relaxation and mindfulness practice, perfect before bedtime/nap time or after a movement activity.

I recorded myself playing some Koshi Chimes in the background.

A little something I’ve been rustling up. I wrote the bare bones of this song a few years ago for my daughter. I thought it was time to revive and record it with the help of my 5 year old, featured in the chorus 🥹.
On a wild whim, I improvised a vocal soundscape to capture the Australian bush and decided to keep it. It’s not your typical lullaby, but I hope it connects families to nature, activates the heart, and makes little ones feel grounded, calm and loved.
The video features my daughter’s favourite koala toy, funnily enough she named it ‘Gumtree’. 🐨🌿
