I am extremely passionate about colonic hydrotherapy, gut health, nutrition, anti ageing, skin & exercise and because of this I am constantly learning, reading ( I always have some kind of book or research papers attached to me lol), studying and researching anything and everything pertinent to gut health, nutrition and the amazing microbiome. I believe in striving to achieve holisitc health and well being. As a qualified Colonic Hydrotherapist, Mat & Reformer Pilates Instructor plus a Dermal Therapist I have developed a deep and unique understanding of our individual need for balance and homeostasis. Hi everyone, I just wanted to pop on and explain why I’ve been a little quiet on my socials lately.

Behind the scenes I’ve been busy studying my Diploma in Remedial Massage. I decided to take this step because I’m really passionate about expanding my skills and being able to support my clients in even more ways.

One of the areas I’m especially interested in is lymphatic massage, which is a beautiful, gentle therapy that helps support the lymphatic system, reduce fluid retention and inflammation, and assist the body’s natural healing processes.

I’m really excited to be learning more and adding these skills to what I offer at Pure Flow Wellness. Thank you to everyone who continues to support my little business while I study and grow 🤍

✨ Exciting News from Pure Flow Wellness! ✨

I’m so happy to share that Pure Flow Wellness is officially moving to a beautiful new location!
The new space has been specifically designed with calm, comfort and healing in mind — a sanctuary for you to completely unwind, reset and reconnect.

With the move comes some wonderful updates to the clinic, including a more spacious treatment room, improved privacy, and an environment that truly supports deep relaxation and detoxification.

And… we have a brand-new addition to our services!
As well as colonics and infrared sauna, I’m thrilled to now offer Lymphatic Drainage Treatments, designed to support detoxification, reduce swelling, boost immunity, and enhance your overall wellbeing. This modality pairs perfectly with colonic hydrotherapy and helps clients feel lighter, clearer and more energised.
