As of 15 June, Fidens NDIS and Fidens Home Care will be welcoming our participants and staff at a brand new home! 🎉

This is such an exciting milestone for our whole Fidens family. Our new space means more room for training, learning, and coming together as a team, all so we can continue delivering the person-centred care and support that our staff and participants deserve.

We can't wait to welcome you through our new doors. 💛

Last week, staff from one of our sites came together for another CPI training session. 💛

Focusing on de-escalation, communication, and teamwork to support staff manage challenging behaviours in schools, SIL’s and disability settings.

This training is tailored to every Fidens site, because we're not doing this just to tick a box. At Fidens, we're more than a Registered NDIS and SIL provider. We're guided by our Christian values and a genuine heart for people. 🙏

Today, Fidens acknowledges National Sorry Day, held every 26th of May.

This is a time to remember the Stolen Generations, the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children who were forcibly removed from their families and communities.

We honour their strength, reflect on the pain of the past, and stand in solidarity with all those whose lives were affected.
