🫶By looking after yourself gives you the energy to be there for others

🫶 You are more than all the hats you wear and what you do for others

🫶 Your body keeps score and you will never be this young again, its important to look after it

🫶 Love has to start with the self first

Its not selfish to take care of yourself or do something that makes you feel good, it is investing in something that needs to carry you through life.... thats priceless!

Everything over each moment, through a life time shows up in your body. Thats why we call it body language... the way we hold ourselves, how light or heavy we feel, our aches and pains ..all of it.

Our bodies work so hard to keep us functioning and most of us dont put a second thought on it....until we are at the point we need help.

Prevention is better than cure, intention is like putting fuel in your car....but you gotta turn it on and drive.

🌸 Massage helps the nervous system, it relaxes the fascia, it moves energy though the body and helps in the release

🌸 giving yourself permission to surrender is allowing trust in your therapist to take care of you and to hold that space
