The Root Chakra is your stabiliser. All the bodies energy centres rely on the firm foundation.

When the first Chakra is blocked or out of balance, it may present as feeling of fear and anger. You may feel “out of whack,” “stuck” and “not feeling yourself”

Grounding is such a good way of opening and balancing your root chakra. So get those feet on the earth, immerse yourself in the sunshine, spend the time outdoors and connect with yourself.

For as long as I remember I have felt energy, energy in others, energy in animals and energy in space.

Energy is everything and often when not in balance energy can turn into physical ailments and emotional imbalance.

I have owned a hairdressing salon for 7 years and our space has naturally formed into a place where our focus has been building relationships with our guests and connecting beyond just doing their hair.

I’ve watched my team flourish and I’ve watched them evolve into the most caring, nurturing women. To watch their interactions with their clients and feel the energy of these women after a spending a few hours with my team warms me to my core and I’ve had a deep knowing for a long time that our space could be so much more.

I have created The Soulful Sanctuary to be a branch of this beautiful energy that my business already is and have welcomed a space where women can come to release, heal and come into their own power. An environment that is judgment free and full of unconditional love.

I offer Reiki, Chakra Balancing, Energy Clearing, Space Clearing for home and business and soon will be offering Indian Head Massage.

I am qualified in all 3 levels of Reiki most recently my Reiki Master level certification.
I’ve spent the last 3 years learning Reiki healing techniques, getting to know and trust my natural healing abilities & intuition and working with some absolutely incredible mentors along the way such as Divine Enlightenment and Haus of Ambrosia.

Although my healing space is inside my salon a session with me happens outside of the salon trading hours to ensure the space is private, clear of interruptions and energy that does not belong to you and to ensure a space where you can feel safe and nurtured to truly let go and unleash your own inner healing.

What is Reiki?

Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique using what is described as the transference of universal life force energy. Its aim is to open and balance the chakras.

Reiki is a universal and compassionate energy that can assist with healing on many levels as it flows through the recipients body.

A reiki practitioner uses gentle hand movements with the intention to guide the flow of energy through the clients body to reduce stress and promote the recipients healing journey.

Reiki can be used to support emotional imbalances, insomnia, fatigue, trauma and grief. It can also be used promote relaxation and can assist in the reduction of stress and anxiety.
