We are coming across a lot of incorrectly fitted shower floor drain covers lately, if they do not connect with the PVC pipe below, it can cause havoc, swollen door jambs nearby are a common outcome.
Notice the exposed screed sucking in the water under tiles.

Superman Mark of the northern suburbs....halfway through the week, 11 quotes for regrouts/silicone work and 11 jobs booked in, what a performance!!!!
