1. Improved consistency - your workout is completed before the days unexpected events & commitments that impede on your training schedule in the PM.

2. Set a positive tone for the day - exercise releases endorphins, serotonin & dopamine which elevates your mood, improves mental clarity & productivity ☀️

3. Motivation - working out in a community atmosphere provides mutual encouragement. You’re less likely to skip a session when your gym buddies are expecting to see you! 🤪

BGC instructors Zac, Emilia, Dale, Georgia, Laura & George have had a busy weekend at Lesmills Experience Sydney! 🤩

A jam packed two days filled with back-to-back classes, an amazing opportunity to upskill, try some new programs, get amongst the community and have some fun 🙌

Our superstar trainer & presenter, George, was onstage instructing for RPM & BODYPUMP to over 300+ people and smashed it 👏

Get ready for our mini launch night on Tuesday the 16th of December - our team will be bringing you the newest releases of our programs in house!🔥
