Registered Nurse β Paediatric Community Support (Clayfield Area)
We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide dedicated clinical support for one NDIS participant in the Clayfield area.
This role involves delivering high-quality, family-centred care to a child with complex health needs within their home environment. The successful nurse will play a key role in ensuring clinical safety, consistency of care, and ongoing collaboration with the participantβs family and support team.
Clinical responsibilities may include:
β’ Enteral feeding and nutritional management
β’ Dysphagia support and mealtime safety
β’ Seizure management and emergency response planning
β’ Comprehensive health and environmental assessments
β’ Development, implementation, and review of care plans
β’ Clinical oversight and supervision of delegated support tasks
β’ Ongoing communication with allied health professionals and the broader care team
Essential Requirements:
β’ Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
β’ Demonstrated experience in paediatric nursing
β’ Experience in community or home-based nursing
β’ Confidence supporting children with complex medical needs
β’ Strong assessment, documentation, and care planning skills
β’ Current First Aid & CPR
β’ Valid driverβs licence and reliable vehicle
