We’re excited to WELCOME PAIGE to our team at Adelaide Osteo.

Dr Paige De Lissen started with us last week, and will be working 3 days, joining our team of 5 Osteopaths.

She particularly enjoys treating neck pain and headaches, chronic pain and pregnancy-related aches.

Paige’s treatment style is predominantly direct and structural, using techniques such as soft tissue massage, spinal manipulations, muscle-energy techniques and joint mobilisations. She also incorporates techniques that influence the nervous system and lymphatic system to further enhance the body’s self-healing mechanisms.

UPDATE - You may have been wondering why DAVID hasn’t been in the clinic.
A couple of weeks ago David decided to test out whether his wrist was stronger than the pavement. Turns out, it's not, and he fractured his wrist.

Surgery 1 week ago has helped David start his recovery and he’s right on top of his rehab. All of us (including David’s wife) are itching for him to get back to work, as soon as rehab allows.

😷 From 29 June, masks will be mandatory for all people in health care settings.

Masks are also mandatory for people providing personal care services including hairdressers, nail salons, tattoo parlours, day spas and similar businesses (it is not mandatory for clients to wear a mask).

Masks are highly recommended on public transport, taxis and rideshare.

There are exceptions to these mandatory requirements, including:
▪ people with relevant medical conditions.
▪ people under the age of 12.
▪ cases where a mask would create communications difficulties in situations where a mask will impact the provision of care.

INTRODUCING... DR BRAYDEN REDDEN - OSTEOPATH
We are thrilled to have Brayden joining our team.

Brayden enjoys treating patients of all ages, and conditions, but has a strong passion for Biomechanics, Exercise Rehab and Patient education and Empowerment.

He uses a structural approach to treatment, similar to all of us , using wide variety or techniques including muscle energy technique, joint mobilisation and articulation.
He’s even brought in his own props to help demonstrate stretches and strengthening exercises!
