3 signs your bike fit might be off đ
1ď¸âŁÂ Pain in the same place every ride
Front knee pain, lower back tightness, sore neck⌠if it keeps showing up in the same spot, itâs usually not ânormal training soreness.â Itâs often a suboptimal bike fit.
2ď¸âŁÂ Constantly shifting on the saddle
If youâre sliding forward, rocking side to side, or never quite âsettling in,â something isnât supporting you properly. A good fit feels stableânot something youâre managing the whole ride.
3ď¸âŁÂ Numbness or tingling
Hands, feet, or saddle area going numb is a clear red flag. Thatâs usually pressure or load being distributed where it shouldnât be.
