This morning we had a great conversation in practice about the techniques we use and why… and it felt worth sharing here too 🤓

Here Dr. Adelle is using SOT (Sacral Occipital Technique) - you’ll notice the blocks under the pelvis helping the body respond and self-correct - while assessing how the nervous system is adapting.

We draw from a range of chiropractic techniques, including:
• ABC (Advanced Biostructural Correction)
• SOT
• Diversified
• AK (Applied Kinesiology)
• Children-specific chiropractic approaches

Why?
Because bodies, nervous systems and life demands aren’t all the same.

Each technique is simply a different way of asking questions of the nervous system. What stays consistent is the intention: to identify and correct vertebral subluxation so the body can express itself more clearly.

🎄 Christmas Hours Update 🎄

Today is our last day in practice before Christmas and we just want to say how grateful we are for each and every one of you this year 🧡

However you choose to celebrate over the coming days (quietly, loudly, with family, friends, or doing your own thing) we hope it’s filled with moments that feel nourishing, grounding, and very you.

We’ll be back in practice on the 27th, but in the meantime we’ll still be keeping an eye on emails and social DMs. If you need to get in touch, that’s the best way to reach us while the doors are closed.
