Introducing Nic, our Senior Physiotherapist! 🧡

Nic is passionate about helping people get back to the activities they love through practical treatment, tailored exercise, and clear rehabilitation plans. With a special interest in lower limb injuries, running, and sports rehab, he works closely with clients to build confidence and achieve their goals.

Outside the clinic, you’ll find Nic playing field hockey, training for triathlons, hitting the golf course, or enjoying some downtime with a video game. 🏑⛳🎮

Prajakta brings nearly six years of experience across musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy, with a special interest in sporting injuries, post-op rehab and return to sport.

Neha joins our Mobile Care Team, supporting clients in the comfort of their own homes with a focus on mobility, rehabilitation, independence and quality of life.

Sarah loves helping people reduce pain, move with confidence, and achieve their goals through a combination of hands-on treatment and exercise. She has a special interest in healthy ageing, falls prevention, back pain, and sporting injuries.

Outside the clinic, you’ll find Sarah staying active, reading, camping, sewing, spending time with her dog, or on the hunt for the perfect matcha. 🍵🐶

After 5 weeks of exploring, plenty of adventures and lots of good food, we’re very happy to have you back!

It wouldn’t quite be a Grant holiday without a little physio work on the side…🦶🏼Grant stopped to help a local who had unfortunately had their foot run over, and was repaid in beers for his expertise! 🍺😂
