In this episode, Kim and I had an amazing conversation about how our identity, unconscious beliefs, and emotional triggers shape the reality we experience, and how awareness can become the catalyst for lasting personal transformation.

On Monday night I launched my brand new 12 week program, Your Personal Evolution. The journey this group is about to go on is going to completely re-write their identity in terms of health, wealth and connect with their true self.

I know this program is going to change lives. From tracking health and wealth metrics, installing new habits, daily hypnosis reprogramming for wellness and abundance... It's everything I'd want in a 3-month life redesign program.

We set the stage for a massive journey of internal mindset and transformation. I will be helping the group build the skillset and strategies for external action that will snowball over the next few months to take their Health, Wealth and relationships to a whole new level.

They have already started:
THE 7 DAY STRESS RESET 💆‍♂️
To bring their body and mind into a safe and stable foundation to create change
Using tools that calm the nervous system and shift the body and mind to balance.

They are already starting test their health metrics and complete quizzes that score each system of the body and the level of stress/function so we can tell exactly where they are and what they need to do to make huge shifts. We are measuring and tracking to know where to focus but keep accountable, track wins and progress!

In the next few weeks, we will do the same for Wealth and Self so we can have a full life snapshot and the foundation for a total life overhaul.
