Are you ready to reconnect with your body & embrace the healing journey? Join Nikki for our transformative workshop designed specifically for women with Caesarian scars.

I am extremely lucky to be welcomed into Bailey’s studio to run this workshop. Allowing us more space to welcome in more women NEEDING this time for themselves.

Your scar holds a story — and sometimes, it also holds tension, numbness, or disconnection. This 2-hour workshop is designed to support you in understanding your scar, releasing restrictions, and restoring connection with your body in a safe, supportive environment.
