Are you a passionate Developmental Educator ready to branch out on your own while staying part of a supportive, connected team? Blossoming Abilities is seeking an independent contractor to take over an existing caseload as one of our team members relocates and heads off on maternity leave!

- Great contractor split with no KPIs or set caseload targets.
Ongoing supervision and client referrals provided.
Your responsibilities:
- Manage your own invoicing, tax, super, and required clearances.
- Hold and maintain relevant insurances and certificates.
- Provide quality, person-centred DE supports.
- We’ll handle client payments weekly and assist with client matching and onboarding.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Developmental Education
- Current DEAI membership
- Active ABN
- Working with Children Check
- RAHN Masterclass Certificate
- Public liability insurance
- Current Australian driver’s licence
Other details:
- The caseload is primarily based in Adelaide’s northern suburbs (As far as Munno Para Downs), with some clients in the western suburbs.
- Travel is required (NDIS standard travel rate applies).
- Clients range in age from 6 to 60, offering rich opportunities to work across the lifespan and develop your professional skills.
