A 6-Week Journey into Folk Herbalism & Plant Spirit Traditions

For thousands of years people have turned to plants for comfort, healing, nourishment, protection, and spiritual guidance.

In this immersive six-week course, we explore the traditions of folk herbalism, plant spirit connection, and the creation of a small home apothecary.
This course is designed for those who feel called to deepen their relationship with plants, whether for everyday herbal remedies, spiritual practice, or simply reconnecting with the wisdom of the natural world.

Together we will explore herbs through three interconnected lenses:
🌿 Folk Herbalism - traditional home remedies and kitchen herbal practices
🌿 Plant Spirit Connection - listening to the wisdom of plant allies
🌿 Magical Herbalism - working with herbs in ritual, protection, and energy work
Each week combines learning, storytelling, sensory exploration, and practical crafting as you gradually build your own living herbal apothecary.
Participants will learn how to safely prepare simple herbal remedies such as teas, infusions, infused oils, and traditional herbal preparations while also exploring the folklore, symbolism, and spiritual traditions connected to plants.
This course focuses on traditional home herbal practices, not clinical herbalism.

Session length: 2–2.5 hours each week
