Andy is a great match for people who want practical, hands-on support - getting out into the community, building healthy routines around shopping and cooking, and having someone reliable to help with appointments and transport. He’s also very comfortable supporting people with autism and mental health challenges, bringing patience, clear communication, and a focus on calm, low‑stress environments.
