Trust your intuition - if you keep getting drawn to a certain place, thing, person or keep getting the feeling something isn’t right then you need to trust this.

Stop asking people for advice - this is actually making things harder for you. The more people you ask the more mixed opinions you’re going to get which is going to make things harder for you. Sit with whatever it is you’re needing guidance on and mediate, journal or ask your cards. Go within.

Out with the old and in with the new - you’re evolving, you’re going through a huge shift inside and outside. While you transition into this new person you’ll find your beliefs and values will change and may not align with those around you, you’ll hear “you’ve changed” alot from those around you but this is a good thing. They are only annoyed because they no longer benefit from your awakening.

Boundaries - set them and stick to them in all areas of your life, but this in particular is in regards to how you let women / men treat you romantically. Some of you have finally got the inner strength to not just let anyone in but there’s always one person you want to change the rules for, don’t! Stick to your guns.

Just because things didn’t work out how you wanted them to doesn’t mean you failed, it just means that the universe has something better planned for you.

Be very careful what you say to certain people, not everyone that listens genuinely cares or can be trusted.

If something doesn’t feel right, it isn’t. If you’re looking for evidence to back up your feelings ask the universe to show you what you need, it will come.

Unfortunately sometimes your journey with people comes to an end. There doesn’t always have to be a reason why, sometimes it just does. Take the lessons and move forward before you become resentful and bitter, save what you have left and move on.

If you’re looking at your life and feeling bad about where you are at in life, I want you to start looking at how far you’ve come. Be proud of yourself for overcoming all of the hardships and being where you are today. A shift in perspective will make a huge difference.

I feel your battles, and the pain you’ve gone through. I know you’re struggling everyday to keep your head above water, but I want you to know that you are not alone and there is help available to you, life doesn’t have to be this hard.

It’s time to have that conversation you’ve been putting off, you can’t keep staying in this situation-ship, relationship or friendship any longer when you know it’s not the right thing for you anymore.

Stop doing things for people that won’t do the same thing for you.

Actions speak louder then words, don’t listen to what they are saying pay attention to how they are acting. That will tell you all you need to know.

Some relationships and friendships have expiry dates. Not everyone we meet is supposed to stay in our lives forever. If you feel like you’re fighting to keep something together more than you are enjoying what you have then it might be time to walk away.

A study opportunity is coming your way this week, Tuesday feels significant so you may receive a phone call or some paperwork regarding a new opportunity to further your career or start a new one on Tuesday, but this whole week will bring some of you new opportunities.

Don’t let one bad experience keep you from being open to experiencing new things. Take the bad experience as a lesson but don’t take it as a sign to ride everything/ everyone else off completely.

For those who are really struggling right now. You are stronger then what you think you are, your feelings are valid and you are going to be okay.

Stop making excuses for others and start believing exactly what they are showing you.

If you tell yourself something enough times you will believe it, just the same as if you let someone put you down enough times you’ll start believing all of that too. It’s time to reclaim your power, if you are being your own worst enemy it’s time to work on your healing. If it’s someone else making you feel this way it’s time for them to go.

If you keep comparing your relationship, your life, your health, your goals or whatever else you’re comparing yourself with to other people then you will never be happy. Just because someone else achieved something quicker then you doesn’t mean you’re not capable or good enough, Just because a couple got engaged before you did doesn’t mean your partner loves you any less. Never compare your situation to others, we never truly know what other peoples circumstances are. As long as you’re happy that’s all the matters.
