Somehow, this one snuck up on us 🤍

Today marks 3 years since we relocated Burnside Cosmetic to 296 Greenhill Road and, on the very same day, 12 years of marriage for us.

Two milestones that feel very intertwined. Building a business, building a life, and doing both side by side through every season.

We’re incredibly proud of what Burnside Cosmetic has become over the past three years in this space, and so grateful to every patient who has trusted us, supported us and been part of the journey.

3 years at Greenhill Road. 12 years married. And plenty more chapters still to come.

The regulations around aesthetic medicine in Australia are evolving, and we think that is a good thing.

Across the country, requirements around doctor oversight, prescribing, and on-site supervision are becoming more clearly defined and more strictly enforced. States like Queensland are already operating under tighter rules, and the expectation is that this will extend nationally over time.

At Burnside Cosmetic, none of this requires us to change how we operate. Dr. Chris Koulos sees every new patient face to face before any treatment begins. He is the prescribing doctor for every patient in the clinic. And every treatment is performed by a qualified health professional with an AHPRA registration, with the appropriate level of medical supervision in place.
