This month marks 23 years of working as a remedial massage therapist with Wakefield Sports and Exercise Medicine Clinic. And after working for that long in a business, I still get a kick out of getting cards like this from clients. It makes me feel lucky to be part of their journey and to help them achieve their goals.
Here's to another 23 years. Well, maybe not that long! 😉

Next week is the big day for this concert. It's gonna be a great celebration of the band 100 years. Tickets are only $20.

I'm lucky with my job as it's so easy to take my hands with me and volunteer at events like this.
I lost one of my cousins last year to cancer, so this event is close to my heart.
Who will you relay for?

I do have to share my babies as I talk about them at work and I know you're all dying to see what they look like. 😉 The boy is outside waiting to be untangled and the girl thinks she is going to work in my other half's lunch bag.

Hi everyone.
I know it's been a while and I'm terrible at keeping everyone up to date with what I'm doing. So i won't bore you with what i did in February and March I'll just let you know that I'm fully back on board and ready to help your aching muscles when they need it. I am, however, placing a trip to Fiji later in the year so if you've got any suggestions on where to stay etc that would be amazing! Thank you.
