He is making this look easy - it was a weighted wall sit AFTER a 40 min Hot HIIT Pilates class. Brad and everyone else smashed it - but Brad kept smiling (it was almost like he was having the best time ever). Thanks for being here Brad - you and Jeanette are a bloody joy!!!

Your challenge starts this week!!!!! Train with our TEACHER TRAINERS - 2 classes every day on Friday, Saturday and Sunday for 9 weeks. Or 2 classes a day during the week - basically you just gotta do 6 classes in 3 days!!!! We have milestones and of course prizes and be part of GRADUATION! Check in at front desk!

This is Claire’s journey - 1 year in - determination, turning up, trying, building and finding strength, laughing, and connecting. No mistake - this was an incredible effort to step inside and just do the work - whether it was 40% or 100% effort!

We’re so proud of you Claire (and the Claire’s out there in our studio). We see the effort and we see your change - emotionally and physically.

Also Claire is our unofficial weights organiser - it’s now an obsession - but we’re not saying NO. Next big challenge coming up!!
