Since starting my own self exploration with Parts Work and Hakomi- I have come back home to my art practice.

I am spending quality time with my littlest parts, witnessing them, hearing them and just walking along side of them.

Last weekend my family unexpectedly lost my grandma

It’s the shock that knocks the wind out of you, and it makes all the ‘what ifs’ and ‘should haves’ feel so much louder.

My grandma was a wild woman, and I smile as I write that. She wore blue lipstick, always had a glass of wine in hand and made sure she looked her best.

She is now one of my guides and having her wild spirit supporting me from the other side also makes me smile
