We are literally a life force for our little babes who are like sponges.

School is back in full swing & if you struggle to find healthy, yummy & quick snacks for your little ones look no further than our ‘Chocolate Goodness Muffin’🧁 (that take less than 10 minutes to prepare!)

This is a go-to at home for lunch boxes & the perfect DELISH treat to nourish the body during your period or postpartum.

Our famous ‘Blood Nourishing Brownie’ was an absolute hit when doing our food delivery & Nadia has created a family friendly muffin version to satisfy the little ones (& us too😅)
So it would be rude of us NOT to share the recipe…

✨RECIPE✨

Chocolate Goodness Muffins
🍫Ingredients:
1 packet of our chocolate goodness mix
420g tin of organic beetroot
1 cup almond meal
1 cup choc chips *optional*
1 cup maple syrup
1 cup olive oil

🍫Method:
1. Empty packet of chocolate goodness mix to bowl
2. Drain & blend beetroots
3. Add all ingredients to bowl and mix well if needing more moisture add some more olive oil
4. Add equally into muffin tray using patty pans
5. Bake at 170 for 20 minutes
While cooling make chocolate ganache

Chocolate Ganache:
🍫Ingredients:
2 x tins of coconut cream
1 cup chocolate chips

🍫Method:
1. Add coconut cream into bowl
2. Melt choc chips & add to the bowl
3. Whisk together until smooth

Once muffins are cooled, add the chocolate ganache on top of the muffins & refrigerate until set.

✨ RE-INTRODUCTION TIME✨
It’s hard to believe we’ve been in business since 2019! Time really does fly. (Swipe to see us as babies too, new mums, & fresh mums in biz)

We started with Aria & Farrah—just babies taking their first steps, & now they’re both in Year 1 & 2 at school! Since then, our families have grown, & so has our business. Nadia welcomed little Leilani, & Carla’s family grew with Iluka & Devi.

Through it all, we’ve been raising our kids while nurturing our business, with Nadia raising 4 children & Carla raising 3. Our children are the heart of everything we do—they are our “why.”

But we’re also incredibly grateful that our work in women’s holistic health allows us to follow our passion & make a positive impact.
In addition to running the business, Carla also works as a doctor of TCM/acupuncturist 2 days a week, & Nadia works 3 days a week specialising in women’s health massage & yoga. This year she is heading back to uni to study nursing & carla is undergoing some further women’s health studies.

As we reflect on The Golden Mother so far, we are so thankful for the community we’ve built. Your support means the world to us! Here’s to 2025, a year of new beginnings, growth, & continuing to support women near & far.
