We’re so excited to welcome Ellen to the Adelaide Psychology & Co team! 💙
Ellen is a Psychologist who supports children, adolescents, and young adults, creating a kind, inclusive, and empathetic space where clients feel heard and respected.

She works with anxiety, stress, depression, grief, school and life transitions, perfectionism, self-esteem, emotional regulation, and also has experience supporting ADHD and Autistic individuals. 🌿

Using evidence-based approaches like CBT, ACT, DBT, MBCT, and mindfulness, Ellen takes a flexible, strengths-based approach — and loves incorporating creative and play-based strategies when working with children.

Meet Isaiah, joining Adelaide Psychology & Co in January 2026! 💙
Isaiah is a Provisional Psychologist who works with adolescents and adults, using evidence-based approaches like CBT, ACT, DBT, and mindfulness.

He takes a warm, collaborative, and inclusive approach — creating a space where clients feel heard, respected, and supported. 🌿

Now accepting new clients (17+) from mid-December.

🌿 Meet your therapist | Rufia Valiff 🌿
We’re delighted to welcome Rufia, Psychologist and Clinical Psychology Registrar, to the Adelaide Psychology & Co team.

With over a decade of experience across Australia and the UK—in schools, mental health services, and community organisations—Rufia brings a warm, person-centred approach to therapy. She is especially passionate about supporting immigrants, refugees, and first-generation Australians, helping clients explore the impact of culture, identity, and intergenerational trauma on mental health.

Rufia works with a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, relationships, addiction, work stress, and major life transitions. She also provides cognitive and educational assessments to support learning and growth.

Drawing on therapies such as CBT, ACT, Schema Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness, Rufia helps clients recognise unhelpful patterns and create meaningful, lasting change.
