A little introduction from me 🌿

Stepping in front of the camera doesn’t come naturally to me, but I thought it was time I properly introduced myself.

I’m Wendy, the owner of Willow and Sage Wellness Studio. After many years of working in beauty, wellness, salons and day spas, I wanted to create something smaller, warmer and more personal.

Willow and Sage is a place where you can slow down, feel listened to and simply be yourself—without judgement, pressure or the need to make conversation. Whether you feel like chatting or would prefer to enjoy some peaceful quiet, both are always welcome.
