Feeling stiff, stressed, tired, or finding it hard to switch off?

Join us for a relaxing 60-minute session combining gentle stretching, movement, and a variety of breathing techniques to support energy, recovery, relaxation, mental clarity, and overall wellbeing.

Perfect for those who:

• Feel tight, sore, or carry tension in their body

• Have busy minds and want to feel calmer and more grounded

• Struggle to switch off or sleep well

• Are returning to exercise

• Would like some tools for daily wellbeing practice

You’ll explore simple practices to:

• Increase energy and focus

• Calm the nervous system

• Release stress and tension

• Support better sleep, joy, & wellbeing
