Nearly 18 months ago we opened Macks Massage at 65 Aberdeen Street Albany. We grew to 3 practitioners last year.

Now we are preparing to close our doors this Sunday at Aberdeen to reopen on the 1st July at 180 York Street (The Old Wombat Lodge) with a team of 13.

We add a retail store, Yoga and meditation studio, 4 sauna retreat and 4 treatment rooms.

Thank you all for the ongoing support as you have created this growth.

“Reiki Healing Meditation” offers a gentle, guided experience combining meditation with energy healing to help calm the mind and restore balance.

“Thai Massage Restorative Yoga” blends supported yoga postures with elements of Thai massage, creating a deeply relaxing and nurturing practice.

“Beginners Yoga” is perfect for those new to yoga or returning after time away, with a focus on blending Yoga to your needs and your needs to yoga.

Online bookings open in mid-June, with classes commencing in July.

Welcome Jaz to the team at Macks Massage.
We’re excited to introduce a 4th meditation instructor at the centre with a strong focus on stillness, healing, and inner connection.

RESET & REJUVENATE
MEDITATION SESSIONS

A guided meditation to help you unwind, reset, and deeply relax.

These 60-minute sessions support nervous system regulation and full-body rejuvenation across mind, body and spirit.

Each session is centred around deep relaxation for healing, exploring themes of reprogramming limiting beliefs, confidence, becoming self-led, letting go, and inner child connection or guided intuitively based on the energy in the room.

Each session is creatively and intuitively crafted by Jaz, allowing the experience to flow in a way that best supports you.

You'll be guided into a calm, regulated state where your body softens, your breath deepens, and your mind slows - helping tension release and creating space for meaningful internal shifts.

A grounded, supportive space to switch off, reset, and simply be — aiming to leave you feeling calm, clear, and refreshed.

Jaz will be presenting 4 meditation classes a week including day and evening sessions.

Raja Yoga
A meditative practice focused on breath work, mindfulness, and deep relaxation to calm the mind and cultivate inner peace. Perfect for adults seeking stress relief and mental clarity.

Kids Yoga
A fun, playful class for children featuring animal poses, breathing games, storytelling, and gentle movement to build flexibility, focus, and confidence.

Mums and Bubs Yoga
A gentle postnatal class for moms (6+ weeks postpartum) and their babies. Bond with your bub through baby-friendly poses and relaxation.

We’re excited to introduce our new offering
REFLEXOLOGY FOR RELAXATION
Sophie provides gentle, relaxation-focused reflexology sessions designed to help you fully unwind and reset.

Her approach is centred purely on calming the nervous system, easing tension, and creating a deeply restorative experience through the feet.

Reflexology for Relaxation uses specific pressure techniques on the feet that correspond with different areas of the body, helping to encourage balance and relaxation throughout the entire system.

Benefits of reflexology for relaxation include:
• Reduces stress and promotes a deep sense of calm
• Supports nervous system regulation
• Improves circulation and energy flow
• Helps release built-up tension in the body
