You may know that I've been teaching by request for the past years, rather than pre scheduling courses. I've just been asked to share the teachings of Reiki level 1 - which I'm always very pleased to do! - and so I'm wondering if there's anyone else out there who may like to either begin their Reiki journey with me, or do a refresher of Shoden? please be in touch if this calls you. The way you look at things is not simply a private matter. Your outlook actually and concretely affects what goes on. When you give in to helplessness, you collude with despair and add to it. When you take back your power and choose to see the possibilities for healing and transformation, your creativity awakens and flows to become an active force of renewal and encouragement in the world. In this way, even in your own hidden life, you can become a powerful agent of transformation in a broken, darkened world. There is a huge force field that opens when intention focuses and directs itself toward transformation.

Reset Meditation Retreats
For the past five years I’ve run day and weekend retreats as Azani Holistic Healing to help people rest, replenish and rebalance through spiritual practices like meditation and mindfulness. In November 2023, I collaborated with Louise Senior of My Sacred Space offering day retreats every second month from the comfort of my private practice. This feels like a match made in heaven and since the first retreat, we have received some amazing testimonies from participants of these retreats.
