Last, but certainly not least of our office based staff. Meet our crazy chicken lady Christie!

As a Support Coordinator on her L plates, she brings passion, dedication, and genuine care to every client she supports. She thrives on helping others achieve their goals and is always looking for new ways to make a positive difference in their lives. And what a wow of a job she is doing!
Naturally curious and eager to learn, she's never afraid to ask questions. In fact, her inquisitive nature is one of her greatest strengths, allowing her to continuously grow her knowledge and find the best solutions for those she works with.
Outside of work, life is wonderfully busy with her brood of children, who keep her on her toes and provide plenty of laughter, adventure, and memorable moments. When she finds a little time for herself, you'll likely find her experimenting in the kitchen, baking delicious treats for family and friends, or unwinding with a well-crafted cocktail. She doesn’t mind an Op Shop trip either!
Warm, approachable, and always ready to learn something new, she brings enthusiasm, compassion, and a touch of fun to everything she does.

Don’t think we forgot about our Support Coordinators!

First up, meet Karen! She somehow lives 1.5 hours away, yet still arrives every morning before people who live around the corner. At this point, we're not entirely convinced she travels by car—there's a strong possibility of teleportation.
Armed with an encyclopedic knowledge of random trivia and an unwavering determination to get things done, she tackles every challenge with the same attitude: "Consider it sorted."
Need a problem solved? Done.
Need a last-minute fix? Done.
Need the answer to a trivia question about 18th-century maritime trade routes? Surprisingly, also done.
Rain, traffic, early starts, impossible deadlines—none of it seems to matter. She simply shows up, gets the job done, and somehow knows the capital city of every country while she’s at it.
If reliability were an Olympic sport, she’d already have the gold medal... and probably a fun fact about who designed it.

Meet the undisputed Queen of Payroll - Rhiannon.

The woman who can spot a missing timesheet from three suburbs away, balance a payroll run with one hand, and somehow keep the entire office laughing while she does it.
By day, she's a payroll and admin superstar who works harder than a Coke vending machine. By lunch, she's delivered enough one-liners to keep morale higher than annual leave balances. By night, she's devoted staff to her French bulldog, who may or may not believe they're the actual CEO.
Nobody quite understands how she manages it all—processing payroll, admin tasks, solving everyone's problems, spreading laughter, and still finding time to spoil her four-legged sidekick. The only thing working harder than her is probably the snooze button she keeps ignoring every morning. If dedication were paid overtime, she'd own the company by now.

Up next… Our illustrious Team Leader Stacey!

Our team leader Stacey is basically a superhero disguised as a rostering genius.
By day, she conquers rosters with the precision of a military strategist. By afternoon, she's somehow also doing support work, answering questions, solving problems, cooking meals and putting out fires that nobody else even knew existed. If multitasking were an Olympic sport, she'd have so many gold medals we'd need a separate roster just to track them. She is proof that multitasking is a superpower. She somehow manages to lead the team, solve problems, answer questions, and still be her children's number one fan, chauffeur, coach, cheerleader, and unofficial snack provider. We're convinced she doesn't have 24 hours in a day like the rest of us. Thanks for being our very own Superwoman: roster queen, support guru, bulldog enthusiast, family champion, and the reason the rest of us can occasionally pretend we know what's going on.

Next on the list, the glue that holds everything together. Our beloved Heather.

If there were a Quality and Safeguarding Officer Hall of Fame, she'd be the chairperson, chief auditor, and probably the one who approved the plaque.
Nothing moves without her say-so. Policies? Checked. Procedures? Checked. Random idea someone had at 4:59 pm on a Friday? "Have you run it past Heather yet?" She's the perfect combination of sunshine and scrutiny—full of light, genuinely caring, and somehow able to ask the tough questions while making you feel like you've just had a chat with your favourite aunt.
People think safeguarding is about keeping everyone safe. In her hands, it's also about keeping everyone organised, accountable, and occasionally slightly nervous when they hear, "Just a quick question..."
And when she's not ensuring quality standards are higher than the Sydney Harbour Bridge, she's passionately barracking for the Sydney Swans. In fact, rumours suggest the Swans consult her before making major decisions.
Kind, compassionate, and impossible to bypass, she's proof that you can be both the heart of an organisation and the final approval stamp. Quite simply: if she doesn't know about it, it probably isn't happening.

Are you ready to meet the team behind the scenes?

First up! The Boss Lady…..

As the fearless director of our disability support company, she's basically an energiser bunny with a driver's licence and a never-ending to-do list. Powered by coffee, determination, and an unwavering passion for people, she's always on the move. Clients come first, second, and probably third on her priority list too.
Need a problem solved? She's already solved it. Need an idea? She's got twelve. Need her to slow down? Good luck with that.

When she's not championing clients and making sure everyone gets the best support possible, you'll likely find her surrounded by her beloved pack of dogs, who are probably the only creatures capable of keeping up with her energy. If she's not at home, she's likely disappeared into the sunset towing a caravan on her way to a music festival, where she somehow manages to dance, socialise, organise, and still be the first one awake the next morning.

She's quirky, caring, unstoppable, and proof that some people simply don't come with an off switch.

Please donate to our fundraiser to raise much needed funds to fight MND and support the individuals and families in our community who are already fighting MND - and ensure Jodie and Kayla get dunked in as much ice as possible (we promise we'll post the photos later).

Special shout out to Bunnings in Albury for their kind donation of buckets for today's event.
