ALBURY / WODONGA — THIS IS YOUR INVITATION TO PAUSE.

If your mind has been busy lately

If you’ve been carrying a little too much

If you’re feeling disconnected from your body

or maybe you simply know you need a moment to breathe

Come and experience breathwork with us at With OneBreath.

Breathwork is more than taking a few deep breaths. Through intentional breathing, we work with the nervous system to create a shift in how you feel- helping you slow down, release, reconnect and build greater awareness of your body.

Our classes are guided, science-informed and suitable for beginners.

Come breathe with us.

If your week is already feeling full, this is your invitation to slow down.

Join us at With One Breath this week for a guided breathwork journey designed to help you release, reset and reconnect with your body.

No experience needed. Just come as you are, and take the time to breathe.

Your journey begins with one breath.

Your nervous system learns through repetition. And every time you make space to slow down, breathe and reconnect, you’re reinforcing the message that it is safe to slow down.
