Join Ness for an evening of gentle movement, long held shapes, stillness, and Yoga Nidra. An invitation to step away from the noise, soften the grip of doing, and simply observe what arises when you give yourself permission to pause.

“Can I offer myself the same compassion I so freely offer others?”

It’s a simple question, yet for many of us, one of the hardest to answer.

We are often quick to extend understanding, patience, and kindness to those around us. We hold space for their struggles, forgive their mistakes, and remind them they are doing the best they can.

But when it comes to ourselves, the inner dialogue can sound very different.

What if, today, you spoke to yourself as you would a dear friend? What if you met your challenges with gentleness rather than judgment, and your imperfections with understanding rather than criticism?

Compassion isn’t something reserved for others. It is a practice of turning that same warmth inward.

Wind-Relieving Pose (Apanasana) may not be the most glamorous pose in yoga, but its benefits are powerful.

By gently drawing the knees toward the chest, we create a soothing compression through the abdomen that can support digestion, ease bloating, and release tension held in the lower back and hips.

Beyond the physical benefits, Apanasana invites us to slow down, soften, and reconnect with the rhythm of our breath. It reminds us that sometimes the most nurturing practices are also the simplest.
