The outdoor clinic combines counselling, movement and the outdoors in a powerful way to improve your mental health & wellbeing. We are a counselling service that has nature🌿at its core. We provide the following therapy activities to both individuals and small groups - walk and talk counselling, nature-based mindfulness, hiking therapy, multi-day hiking trips and solo wilderness adventures. Day 2 Trail shuffling 🏃‍♀️ 12.5 instead of 10km due to navigation error.

Anyone for some trail running? Well, trail shuffling is probably more appropriate.

It’s been awhile. Back in 2020 I was a trail runner 🏃‍♀️

I was running regularly, had completed a half marathon and was working my way towards a 50km ultra.

Then s**t 💩 just happened - injuries, falls, fear, and STUFF just got in the way.

And I just stopped running.

I told myself all sorts of things to justify it. I bought into it all. The reasons, the excuses, the justifications.

Recently, a friend started running. I have watched her journey and realised something.

I miss it.

So I’m starting to run again.

Somerset Trail in the D’Aguilar National Park was this Saturday’s location of our weekend adventure and it didn’t disappoint.
