I often hear 'If I lose weight my joints will be less painful' or 'I will be able to move better'.
The reality is weight loss causes a decrease in muscle and strength especially in the over 65 age range.
If you want to improve your strength, mobility and sore joints, focus on eating enough, eating regularly and very importantly keep your body moving!!
