The end of an era at our Smith Street clinic! 👋🏼
Last week we saw our final clients, and did the mammoth job of packing up our old clinic in Smith Street.

Our team had the best day at the Todd Mall Markets today as part of Exercise Right Week 2026!

We tested blood pressure, hand grip strength, reaction speed, played some , handed out prizes, and had some incredible conversations.

To everyone who stopped by, said hello, asked questions, and got involved — thank you. This is why Movement Matters Therapy exists. To be here, in this community, making movement accessible for every single person.
