A Proud Moment for Ampilatwatja!
Over the past few days, our Directors Darryl, Ellwin, Juliet and Lulu travelled to Alice Springs for the AMSANT General Members Meeting, joining Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Services from across the Northern Territory.
One of the highlights was seeing Darryl, Ellwin and CEO Michelle share Ampilatwatja Health Centre's Year in Review, talking about the achievements we've celebrated together, the challenges we've worked through, and the exciting opportunities ahead for our community.
We're proud of everything that's been achieved through the hard work of our Board, staff and community. From strengthening healthcare services to creating local jobs and training opportunities, every step forward has been made possible by working together.
We encourage everyone in the community to keep supporting your health service. Come in for your health checks, take part in our programs, share your ideas and feedback, and encourage your family and friends to access the services available. The more we work together, the stronger and healthier our community will be.
Thank you to AMSANT for bringing everyone together to share stories, learn from one another and celebrate the important work happening across Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Services in the NT.
