We cater for up to 10 people per class and students are encouraged to work within their own ability. Namaste
One of the challenges in modern yoga culture is that students sometimes come looking for a particular outcome: relaxation, bliss, healing, emotional release, flexibility, or even a spiritual experience. Yet the yogic path invites us to meet what is actually present.
There is nothing special you need to feel today. There is no right experience and no wrong experience. The practice is simply to notice what is here and meet it with awareness.
