Alice Springs Podiatry is seeking an administration person to join our multi-health clinic.

The position operates with a high degree of independence in the management of general clinic operations & administrative duties for the podiatry team.

👣 Full-Time Permanent; Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
👣 Excellent renumeration + annual x-mas bonus
👣 Career Growth > Undertake a podiatry assistance course or business course (fees covered)
👣 Supportive & friendly workplace
👣 2 weeks onboarding
👣 Start date 7th January 2025

Administration experience is essential. Required skills include;

👣 Ability to work autonomously
👣 Ability to actively listen & engage with many clients each day
👣 Ability to multi-task & rank tasks in order of priority
👣 Friendly, polite & empathetic of others
👣 Ability to adapt to organisational changes
👣 Competent with computers & practice management systems.
