A hip labral tear could be one possible cause, especially if you also notice:
💥Clicking, catching or locking
💥Pain during squats, running or twisting
💥Stiffness or reduced hip movement
💥Discomfort after sitting for long periods
But here’s the important part: a labral tear on an MRI does not always explain your pain, and it does not automatically mean you need surgery.
