What did they both need women to forget?
For me, this isn’t about blaming the past. It’s about remembering ourselves.
Somewhere along the way, many women learned to doubt their bodies, disconnect from their intuition, silence their voices, and see menopause as something to fear instead of a sacred transition.
Whether you agree with my perspective or not, I believe it’s worth asking the questions that make us think.
✨ What if menopause isn’t asking you to become someone new…
✨ What if it’s asking you to remember who you’ve always been?
I’d love to hear your thoughts.
What do you think women have been taught to forget?
I’m Shavita.
Remembering what the world wanted us to forget. 🌿
