Jeanie is a holistic social worker and reiki healer with experience working with trauma. Jean is an intuitive counsellor, healer, heart activator and Bhakti devotee who draws on her experience as a critical social work practitioner/educator and mind-body-spirit practitioner and trauma survivor. Jean is dedicated to supporting people living with trauma. Her practice is aimed at integrating the shad

ow as a way to bring in the light, heal and re-awaken the heart and support people to move towards their souls purpose. Services available include:

Intuitive Counselling (1 hour session, in-person and online),
Reiki Healing (1 hour session, in person only),
Counselling and Reiki combined (1.5 hours in person only),
Group Healing circles (3 hour sessions),

What a beautiful explanation of living a divine existence. No pressure, it doesn’t matter where we are on the trajectory. The awareness of living it in the best way we can is enough. Alignment is a process not a destination. Surrendering to the process as much as our human self allows and remembering that we are all souls lifing within a human form in this lifetime is enough. I appreciate the opportunity to intentionally journey with the beautiful souls I have in my orbit. Grateful for this life. All the magical, messy, hard and soft moments. So blessed to be me 😌🙏✨
