Cora Connections is based in Anakie (10mins from Lara & 25mins from Geelong) and is dedicated to delivering inclusive, person-centered supports both at our hobby farm and within the broader community.

We provide tailored programs that enable participants to build meaningful social connections, develop new skills and explore new interests through personalised supports.

Cora Connections was established from a genuine passion for inclusive, strengths-based support, creating a welcoming environment where individuals of all abilities are empowered to be themselves and are always met with kindness, dignity and respect.
